Equality: At our events, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of conduct. Every member of our community, including vendors, performers, and attendees, undergoes the same rigorous vetting process and is treated with equal consideration and respect.

Safety: The safety of our community is our top priority. We maintain strict protocols to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of everyone present.

Consent: Consent is fundamental to all interactions. We prioritize clear and enthusiastic consent in every situation. Responsible alcohol consumption is REQUIRED for ongoing consent.

Zero Tolerance: Any violation of our code of conduct, regardless of its nature, will result in immediate expulsion from our events and denial of access to future gatherings. We are committed to upholding these principles and fostering a community where everyone feels valued and respected.

Membership & Attendance
​
Three steps to the process must be completed on an annual basis. It will take work on both sides to ensure a healthy relationship is built between Black Pearl Entertainment and all persons wanting to experience what we have to offer. Patience and trust are key. Anyone referred by an existing member will still undergo this same procedure.

Complete the online application.

Meet with the owners of Black Pearl Entertainment.

Complete the vetting process which takes a minimum of seven business days.

All applicants must provide requested information and meet specific requirements including, but not limited to: Legal Name (previous name (s)). Date of Birth. Residential Address.
Two Personal References: One can be a relative, one non-relative.
Q: What are you going to ask my references?!
A: Don't worry, we guarantee we will not out anyone in any way. We want to know if you are a person of integrity. We are asking them for a personal recommendation of your character. If you say you'll do something, does it get done?
Q: Why a background check?
A: We must be as diligent as possible in ensuring the safety of all members.
Q: Where is this information kept?
A: A private, access-controlled, secure document. All paper forms of any kind are kept in a locked and insured safe.
Q: Who can access it?
A: Black Pearl Entertainment Ownership (2 people).
